Most of the work can be done by phone, so location does not matter.

Weekly telephone or in-office sports psychology coaching sessions help people with both their mental and physical training. In addition, we can do personal lifestyle coaching and executive coaching, if requested, to help with you with your personal/professional life. You are welcome to call or email to set up a personal coaching appointment time.


You will be provided with very specific tools that will help you make important gains in your training and performances. We will design a program tailored to your individual needs, geared toward meeting your personal and professional goals. You call in on your telephone from your home or office at a regularly scheduled time. Sessions are easy to arrange, regardless of your location. You can call the phone number listed below or send an email, listing your available times, and we’ll set up a regular appointment time.


Note: Fees will be going up soon. If you start now, you can get in on the current rates. Weekly phone sessions are 45 minutes plus the additional personal time taken after the session each week to send you a personal email with session feedback, notes, goals, and your weekly assignment. The initial session is for 60 minutes and covers a full assessment, customized CD or MP3 file and personal coaching. I work in blocks of 4 sessions at a time, paid by Credit Card or check, in advance. You will receive valuable feedback customized to your needs. In addition, I will also send you our session notes, motivational e-mail messages, customized homework practice and articles tailored to your individual goals. It is a 2-month minimum commitment. This will dramatically accelerate the learning process, support you through your personal challenges, and help you quickly reach your goals.
